All sales are final, without exception.

For All product purchases, orders may be cancelled prior to the download email being sent (typically within twenty hours after the order has been placed during business hours).

For service purchases, orders may be canceled prior to the initial service account setup which occurs one to two business days after the order is placed.

After download emails have been sent, and service accounts have been set up, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.
